President and Founder, Infrastructure Architect
Since the inception of Microfirmz Systems, Yosef has worked to provide customers with end-to-end
services tailored to their individual needs.
Yosef received his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with
Systems Option from the University of Illinois at Chicago. While at the University
Yosef founded MSVision, the Microsoft Users' Group, and supervised the group in providing
IT Support for students and faculty on campus. Yosef also worked for Microsoft as the Student Ambassador
to the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Yosef's work experience includes work as an IT Consultant in various types of companies including Law Offices,
Financial Firms, and Educational Facilities. The combined experience has allowed Yosef to be able to quickly adapt
new technologies to solve reliability, scalability and availability problems throughout all aspects of Information Technology.
Yosef has architected numerous software and hardware infrastructures, and specializes in data security,
redundancy and backup. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with concentrations in Security and Messaging. He is a
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and is CompTia Security+ certified.
Patrick J. Wheeler, B.S.
Lead Solutions Architect, Partner
Patrick joined Microfirmz Systems in 2007, while continuing his education at the University
of Illinois at Chicago. His experience with multiple platforms allows him to bring a wide
range of possibilities to any client of Micrfirmz Systems while still adhering to the
highest possible standards for secure and reliable data.
Patrick has been developing integrative solutions and specializes in Microsoft-based
Technologies such as C#, Silverlight, WPF, and WCF. Using these talents he helps Microfirmz Systems
develop solutions which allow multiple technologies to interoperate efficiently and effectively.
Patrick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with Computer Systems Concentration
at the University of Illinois at Chicago in just 3 years. His work experience prior to Microfirmz Systems
includes developing analytical programming for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab),
developing System management software for Motorola, and developing service based software for Microsoft.
